Our primary attorney, Michael A. York, has been engaged in the practice of immigration law for over ten years. He is licensed to practice law in the States of Minnesota and Michigan. This firm has been in existence since 1999, and its present main office in Rochester, Minnesota, was opened in 2001.
Our staff includes Dean A. Hove, the retired Deputy District Director of the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service for the St. Paul, Minnesota, District Office. Our staff also includes persons who speak the following languages: Spanish, Laotian, Maltese, French, and Italian. We strive to have at least one Spanish speaker on hand at all times.
